This project provided an HVAC study to determine why the temperature and humidity levels within this space could not be controlled. Monitoring was conducted for 9 months to gather data and provide trending for the study. The final recommendation included a 100% Outside Air unit with variable speed supply air return air fan, DDC controls and a low carry-over Energy Recovery Wheel. The study was completed within 30 days of starting the project. Design documents and construction is scheduled for the fall of 2018. Estimated construction costs are $166,000.
